Returns Policy?

We are currently not accepting returns. All sales are final. Please ensure to check the size guide for accurate and precision measurements of the garments. We only accept returns if the items are faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. Please email support@silverprincepictures.com and we will look into processing it within 14 days.

Custom Charges?

If any custom charges incur, they will be payable by customer and will not be covered by Silverprince.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

DHL Express delivery to the UK is 1-2 business days.


Royal Mail Tracked & Signed to the UK (only) is 2-3 business days.

DHL Express delivery to European countries is 1-3 business days.

How do Silverprince garments fit?

Topwear follows a slightly oversized fit throughout the collection unless stated otherwise. We recommend staying true to your usual size.
